Qualification adjudication

All three competitions use one common competency threshold. Results are pass/fail with detailed feedback, normally within two weeks of submission. Projects may be assigned to adjudicators from their represented country where applicable.

Qualification opens access to ETO and final evaluation. If a paper is not accepted initially, teams can refine and resubmit—making the process a learning experience.
